Precedents for termination

A lot of people are losing their jobs recently, and a number of them have been unlawfully terminated (which does not entitle them to receive any benefits). so to empower all of you out there here are the basic conditions that can get you fired:
- intentionally disobeying any order/s of a superior that are not in violation of any law
- committing a crime against your employer
- committing fraud or any sort of violation of trust between you and your employer.
- serious neglect of your duties
- violating the rules as defined by your company handbook.
You should consult your company handbook for other offenses that can result in your termination. If you do not fit any of the criteria, then you have the right to question the basis of your termination.
